Skill Lab believes that everyone should have the opportunity to succeed in their career, regardless of whether their skills are visible or not or limited accessibility. To do this, Skill Lab has developed a technology supported software solution that combines a job seeker’s past experience with a classification of skills to create a skill profile, which helps individuals, career advisors and job seekers, learning and development managers better understand, plan and support the career pathways for each participating individuals through a digital integration within the website of the academic institutions and corporates.

Technology-powered software creates unique skill profiles to help each individual clearly identify and express their skills more effectively. In addition, this profile helps job seekers understand which education, profession, and department are suitable for them. Competency Profiles will also be made available to Career Advisors, Learning and Development Managers allowing them to receive better quality and more objective information so they can better understand and meet the needs of each participating individual for better career, educational and institutional growth.
