Technology-powered software creates unique skill profiles to help each individual clearly identify and express their skills more effectively. In addition, this profile helps job seekers understand which education, profession, and department are suitable for them. Competency Profiles will also be made available to Career Advisors, Learning and Development Managers allowing them to receive better quality and more objective information so they can better understand and meet the needs of each participating individual for better career, educational and institutional growth.
