ABOUT SKILLLAB
Founded in 2019, Skill Lab is a social enterprise dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment. Through our innovative digital platform, we provide an integrated solution across the education-to-employment value chain. Originally established in Nepal, we have expanded our operations to the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, where we have registered company entities.
Our platform delivers a comprehensive end-to-end solution for career guidance and student placement. With a forward-looking approach, we enable educational institutions to efficiently manage career services from the beginning of a student’s studies through internship placement and employment opportunities. We support students throughout their academic journey with AI-enabled pathway guidance, assessments, and skill-training curricula developed in collaboration with industry partners. Our integrated approach fosters the development of a future-ready talent pipeline and maintains close connections within the education ecosystem.
Skill Lab also takes pride in organizing the Unleashing Asia Summit, an event that brings together stakeholders from education, industry, and government across Asia to collaboratively address challenges within the ecosystem.
OUR MISSION
Our purpose is to unlock the potential of individuals, corporations, and local government/non-profit organizations by providing opportunities for skilling, re-skilling, and up-skilling the next generation. This is achieved through our comprehensive offerings, including courses, assessments, learning resources, coaching, mentoring, and feedback, all of which are facilitated by CSC Software.

SOFT SKILLS
To counter the skill gap, we are providing industry aligned skills to university students. The soft skills are derived through rigorous industry research & trained in consultation with industry experts.
CAREER SERVICE CENTER
Career Service Center (CSC) works to reduce industry academia gap by skilling students to be job ready. CSC focuses on soft skills as well as functional role skills in joint partnership with various esteemed corporations in Nepal.
INCUBATION SUPPORT
Nepalese job market does not have the capacity to absorb the incoming graduates. To create more jobs in the economy and help aspiring entrepreneurs, we provide incubation support to colleges.
CORPORATE TRAINING
Designed and curated to fulfill the current need of an organization. These trainings are customized to fit the nature and requirement of the organization.
