Traditional job portals give you volume. Propel gives you quality. Instead of receiving a high volume of unfiltered CVs, you access candidates who have already been assessed on role-specific competencies and profiled against 200+ skills. The result is less time spent on initial screening and greater confidence in the candidates you move forward with.
The process is straightforward:
- Post your vacancy or share your hiring requirements with our team.
- Receive shortlisted, pre-evaluated candidate profiles matched to your role.
- Review profiles, conduct interviews, and proceed with hiring.
You can manage the process independently through the platform, or rely on our team for end-to-end support, whichever works best for your organisation.
Our talent pool is sourced through a network of 70+ academic partner institutions across Nepal and South East Asia, spanning candidates evaluated on a wide range of competencies including Data Analysis, Python, Digital Marketing, Accounting, Communication, Problem Solving, and Leadership.

For most roles, initial shortlisted profiles are shared within 7–10 business days. Timelines may vary depending on the specificity of the role and requirements. Our team will align on realistic expectations with you at the outset.
Every candidate in our pool has been assessed and profiled through a structured ecosystem before they reach your desk. This includes:

Access to the Propel is offered at no cost for this year. We are happy to discuss the specifics of your engagement during an introductory conversation.

If initial profiles do not meet your expectations, our team will refine the search based on your feedback and continue sourcing until strong alignment is achieved. Post-hire, we also provide one replacement within the defined probation period if required.
